I think the Pats, Jags, Raiders, Bears and Jets all have reason to be happy with their outcomes even if some of their processes (hi Pats and Jags) were bad.

 

If you really want to get crazy predict which of the coaches will still be there in 3 years

I think Vrabel and Johnson have the best chances of sticking around for a while.

Chicago will be patient with him because they’ve never had a coach CHOOSE them before lol

Kraft is just lazy and won’t wanna do a 3rd coaching cycle so unless Vrabel is embarrassing the franchise he’ll be safe for a while

Coen I think will prob be shorter than those two but that has more to do with how much I don’t believe in Trevor than anything.

Carroll will retire before a 4th year but that’s fine and prob the plan from the jump

Moore and Schott both shitcanned after their second season, Schott may honestly be one and done

Glenn is the real wildcard to me because I believe in him a lot and the Jets very little so it could go either way haha

 

I agree with all pretty much except Schottenheimer - A. it's so silly that it might work B. It' so silly and doesn't work but Jerry has too much pride to make a change for years
