I don't wager much when I gamble. I usually don't go over $50 and prefer to keep it to just the playoffs. Idk, gambling is obviously not ideal, but it hasn't become an issue for me like drinking did. I'll gladly gamble on sports a few times a year than drink alcohol every single day to get drunk like I was nearly five years ago

 

I can in person gamble I can't online gamble, I have no self control online

We must be total opposites in this regard. We went to a casino last year for a friend's bachelor party and I was so uninterested in playing anything. Only thing I did was go to a sportsbook and throw some wagers down on MVP and division winners. That was my way of having fun lol

I wish I put something on the Patriots to make the playoffs and to beat their projected win total. I was really considering it back in July and August, but I never pulled the trigger because I still had some faith in the Dolphins. I'm looking forward to when some season win totals and division winners come out in the next few months. Gonna be fun

I rarely throw more than $20 on any given bet, only ever really run in to issues trying to bet anything other than football, basketball is just way too volatile and I don’t know enough about hockey or baseball. I’m already spending what I didn’t earn lmao and spending what I will have in the future / adding to my expenses which will make me not actually have more money in the end so, not doing that. Maybe way down the line after my (minimal) student loan is paid off and I have more money in the bank but not now. I will not go back to being bad with money like I was in my early 20’s.
