If not, then the play is clean

It's only a penalty if the ball was thrown and it didn't look like it was thrown
And also, throwing the flag long after the fact and then reviewing it is suspect af

 

I don’t even care if a receiver is tackled from behind while trying to catch the ball

If a flag is not thrown, it’s a clean play
