Only 4 of those guys played and the rest of the FA guys essentially signed one year deals except Miller but.....Rousseau is the only one that has developed at all at DE. Basham and Epenesa are average at best. Oliver is pretty good but needs someone next to him because he's so small. No Daquan Jones today and he was invisible.

Scouting problem or development problem....not sure
