What also makes zero sense: refs can’t, while peeking the review. say “also yeah ... helmet to helmet” ?

 

Yeah it absolutely sucks. I understand not reviewing every single play cause you could probably find something "illegal" on every single play, but, if you're already reviewing for something else, it should be free game
