Would like to add to this for those who haven't been to a game in Buffalo.

Both overthrows were to the tunnel end of the stadium and I believe all 3 FG misses were scoreboard end. Normally when it's windy, the wind comes in at an angle, from the scoreboard end on the Bills sideline, and then gets into the lower bowl and field level and swirls around a bit.

So both Allen deep overthrows to Diggs were with a tailwind and the FG misses were all to the end where the wind plays it's fuckery and is moving the wrong way and/or up and out of the stadium.
