Hahaha you're not wrong! Last time I went I just parked in the hotel's garage (the Holiday Inn downtown I think) but I likely won't have that option during the SB
Still mad I didn't get tickets for the playoff game when Tebow beat the Steelers, tickets weren't outrageous and I just figured they were going to get obliterated lol
anyone ever been to a draft? its in Philly this year and I was thinking about going to check out the festivities (not to the actual draft itself)
I liked my visit to Houston two years ago for the Eagles game. Stayed at the Holiday Inn right next to NRG. It kinda stunk but the Galleria area was cool. Also found a cool shopping center type deal that had some of the best Sushi I've had which is weird to me living in Seattle and all.
I think the most I've ever paid for a single ticket for a sporting event was $150 for Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Finals in 2012 I had a chance to be in the building for the National Championship in Houston this past year for a few hundred but it wouldn't have been worth it with where I'd end up sitting/the flight to get there. Though, when Jenkins' shot went through, I wish I was there at that instant lol I also haven't been to an NFL game in probably 12 or so years
Go Falcons Packers Chiefs and Texans!! Every damn game went the opposite of what I wanted last round haha
Haha in my defense I think 100% of the country was in agreement that Denver was going to get slaughtered that game
My mind tells me Tebow is terrible. My heart tells me he must not be that bad since he beat us in the playoffs...
However I refuse to set myself up for failure and will accept that we will lose But I do think we cover the spread
I'm pretty sure that was the last time I audibly cursed at the TV during a football game to the point where my girlfriend was legitimately concerned about my welfare. I'm normally pretty calm during games so it took a lot for me to get to that point.
ugh and often once a quarter. my dad is much more reactive than i am and he gets irrationally angry at least once a possession, offense and defense.
