Possibly the craziest part of the night - pretty sure there was a goddamn Mudvayne song leading into a commercial break in the third quarter. And like, a 10+ year old Mudvayne song since I kind of recognized it and haven't heard / thought about that band in a decade

 

Damn, so that was a Mudvayne song. I was trying to figure who it was lol

 

Really makes me wonder how and why a 10+ old song from a metal band made the Super Bowl song cut in 2018 haha

 

For some reason that Hogan missed catch on 1st down on the final drive told me that this was probably going to be a win for the Eagles. It just kind of felt like one of those slightly off throws that still probably should've been caught but wasn't that resembled a Wes Welker drop from the Giants SB games.

Obviously Eagles were in good position to win and Patriots still came damn close to scoring on the last play, but that play / non-catch just seemed to familiar to 42 and 46

It was a pretty brilliantly coached game by Pederson. Have to give them major props for staying aggressive and the players came through.

 

Man, would have loved to see an aggressive Jags team against the play calling from the Eagles in this game. Would have been similarly exhilarating, but this storyline is admittedly better.

 

Pederson coached an incredible game. He did the opposite of what the Falcons did last year and stayed aggressive and didn't just phone it in and play safe.

 

I woke up this morning and realized this is all real. I can't believe it still.

 

If only Hackett wasn't dogass
