My fiancé and I are about to go look at a few houses with a realtor and this first one was last sold in October, now it’s listed for like $45k higher, and looking at these photos I am not seeing it man

I bought my house for 265k in 2016, the zestimate is 410k right now lol. I refinanced a year ago when the value was like 360.

 

We saw a 2012 build yesterday listed for $10k less than the one we’re about to see (and in a much nicer neighborhood) but it’s already got like 6 offers so we probably don’t stand a chance. Owner just wants the highest offer.
