It’s not being holier than thou. It’s calling out shitty people as shitty people. Fuck man. I’m so tired of calling out shitty people being seen as performative bullshit
I’m not gonna root for either. I’m just gonna drink and hope they show a mortal kombat trailer or something idk
we've seen Brady play a million superbowls. Literally the only enjoyable aspect of it is watching someone possibly take him down. But Chiefs and Mahomes can't really fulfill that anymore. Would just be the start of another dynasty. Not worth it having to spend four hours watching announcers sing Tom Brady's praises
There’s levels to it. If players truly didn’t want to play alongside AB then they’d revolt in some way. So their money means more than their morals, etc... And yes, a lot of y’all are missing the point. Just because there’s “nobody” bad on your team now you can feel good saying fuck the Bucs or Chiefs but then still support them when they do hire assholes like them.
Living in Denver, I absolutely abhor the Chiefs fans here, so I was never rooting for them regardless, but it sucks that Tampa also has one of the worst dudes in the NFL currently employed, AND Tom fucking Brady as their QB? Fuck me
AB is vile but at least there's a universe where he doesn't do shit in the game. The sheer jubilation every announcing team has every time Hill touches the ball is as front and center as the NFL's shitty dudes problem has been maybe ever.
Packers Bills would've been fun. Packers Chiefs you get to see the two best offenses in the league air it out against each other. Bucs Bills you get a nice good vs evil story. This is literally the worst possible matchup of all the playoff teams other than Bucs Steelers
Let’s trade, we in the STL area will take your Chiefs fans and in return, you can take in the fake ass, fair weather Broncos fans that reside in these parts. You must also take the Packers fans.
Yeah the way the media covers Hill just sucks. At least with AB it seemed like they gave him some scrutiny, certainly not enough by any means, but Hill gets a free pass eternally.
