the results of a play don’t magically make going for it the right move. You’re still better going up 3 scores than taking the risk

if their kicker is so bad you can’t trust them to get a FG there then sure you could make the argument that going for it is better but if you don’t have a kicker than can get you a FG there you’re probably in for a bad time

They've won several games being aggressive, it's too easy to say they shouldn't have done it. If they get it, no one's criticizing it. Sometimes it doesn't work out, doesn't mean it was the wrong decision. Assuming he would've just made the kick is silly. It's a crapshoot either way.
