Hm. Ralph's in Nutley is good, and I also like Marra's Italian Specialties in Roseland. Tutto Fresco in Livingston is a really good Italian deli (not 100% sure they have chicken parm but if they do it's probably good).

Also this place Marie's Italian Specialties is in Chatham (Morris County, though) and I've heard it's very good. Haven't been myself though.

I was actually gonna recommend Ralph's! Just that I never had the chicken parm!

 

I actually just went there for the first time earlier this year with the judge I used to clerk for. He's from Nutley. It was really great.

 

I'm from the town over. I usually go for a pizza slice or two. Never had anything else but I always said I would cause it seems to get a lot of business.

 

Yeah he talked about it all the time, it definitely lived up to the hype.

 

Yeah I should go there while it's still the holidays and I'm still open to eating a lot of carbs.

Idk if it's the best or even known for it, but I used to get this vodka chicken parm wrap from Ness's pizza in fair lawn and it was so good, like food coma good.
