lmao. My experience there was fine I guess. They have a buffalo chicken grilled cheese sandwich that I thought was awesome at 3 in the morning. There's a Coach House in Hackensack too. If we're talking diners, I second Tops in Newark. Suburban Diner in Paramus is one of my favorites.
State Line Diner on Rt. 17 up near Mahwah was my favorite North Jersey spot when I was up there for school.
I third Tops. Only place in the world where you'd have to wait at least 15 minutes to be seated at 2am.
It seems... that their come and a point in every relationship where you go to Cuban Pete's in Montclair.
Also, you'll see places called Juicy Platters. Don't go to them. Take a train to NYC, walk up to the corner of 53rd and 6th and get a platter from the Halal Guys. Go to the one with the long line and not the ones surrounding it with no lines. There's a reason for that. You can thank me later.
That's all apart of the experience! Haha I just go to Starbucks if it's open and order something. They don't care over there. If it's late, I go around the corner and sit on the benches. You can always find a random McDonald's but I hear a lot of crazy things happening at the 2 level ones.
lol do they have the halal guys stores up yet? I heard theyre expanding. Might even get one here in Madison
You seem like a fine individual from the NY/NJ area. But you are a white man... who just used the words real and fake... referring to halal food... You don't like it, you don't like it... But you see how that makes you look bad?
Well here's the issue with everything. You're assuming that I'm white and you're assuming that I don't identify as a Muslim. I think that's a lot worse than saying one platter place sucks compared to another.
