I dig it, love the chorus!

They played HBM last night at the Self Titled/Not Without A Fight show for night 2 in Chicago

Sounded really good live - was a fucking awesome show, then again what NFG show isn't awesome

Not sure how I feel about this one.

 

Fun song, have a few issues with it but it's undoubtedly catchy as hell and shares the same "party pop punk" vibe that the first song did so that's cool.

 

Holy shit this song. Only heard it once and I'm never going to get that chorus out of my head.

Yeah this is catchy as fuck, I'll def give it that. The riffs in this are infinitely better than anything found on Ressurection, though I feel the main intro/after chorus part could use some kind of extra guitar part or keys or something. Feels a little empty there

 

Both this and happy being miserable are my favorite NFG songs in years lol. ESPECIALLY party on apocalypse

 

Loving Party on Apocalypse. Was not expecting that bridge at all.

 

Yeah, the riff is catchy. Reminds me a lot of Cartel. Also, in regards to Resurrection...It has two of my most favorite NFG guitar riffs: Selfess and Stubborn.

 

Ahh...I noticed the subtle synth in the opening riff. Me likey.

I enjoy this song, a lot. It does it's job well. The sound of Happy Being Miserable is more my vibe, though. Cannot wait to hear this record front to back.

Party On was hyped up too much for me, I enjoyed it but wasn't ga-ga.

I like Happy Being Miserable more, I think you guys overhyped the hell out of Party On

 

It's solid for sure, I still prefer Happy over it though

 

Huh, I like the chorus but don't think it's anything extremely special compared to some of their others.

 

Loving Party on. I can already tell am going to be playing this album nonstop all summer and loving every second of it.

This is such a weird band to me because absolutely nothing they release surprises me or sounds new to me at all, but I always love it and it's always infectious. They're 2 for 2 on these new songs, in my book. Can't wait for the record.

 

Some bands just need to keep doing it right!

I went to play some 5v5 basketball last night and caught myself humming the song throughout the damn game haha. Shouldn't have listened to that song last before playing haha.
