New Found Glory / Hawthorne Heights / Free Throw / Jetty Bones Tour

It's impressive to have two legs of a tour skip two of the biggest cities in the country.

Curious as to why they decided to do it like this. Same tour name but different supports?

 

Going from HOB to Paradise in Boston is strange, but I'm here for it.

 

This is how most tours operate when they have multiple legs?

I guess I just can't remember NFG doing 2 full tours back to back fin the same country for the same album.

 

They did it two years ago for the 20 Years of Pop Punk tour. First post has the two different legs.

I guess you learn something new every day lol. I won't complain though. Glad I get to see them again so soon.

 

Got the VIP acoustic set for Carrboro, always look forward to the annual NFG show

 

For that though, they hit different markets for the second leg. In my case, they hit Boston, then they hit Providence.

This time they hit Boston on the first leg, then a smaller venue in Boston on the second leg.

 

Tempted to do this as well, but wish I knew exactly what time it will take place so I know if I need to take off or not.

When I did VIP at the same venue last year I think it was 5pm, we went in did the VIP experience and then left and there was a short time between that and doors for the show

I'm not complaining, it's even closer to me. Just surprising that Boston gets another show.

Yep, I already purchased it for this tour. I have done it twice in the past and think this tour's VIP experience is probably the best. Plus it's not that expensive when you consider what you get. $150 gets you the ticket ($35); a poster ($25); tshirt ($30); pick set ($10); plus the Four Song Acoustic Set with meet and greet photo. Some bands charge $300+ just to attend sound check. NFG's is quite reasonable imo.

 

Twy charges half of that for more usually

 

What have the set times been so far? Trying to plan travel/babysitters for Sunday in Cinci.
