I thought I liked it at first bc I thought it was fun. After week or two with it, I was very wrong. Worst album of the year.
I swear I’m the only person on this site that thought Father of All wasn’t that bad and Blinks Nine was the biggest pile of garbage.
I definitely thought Nine was in the better half of their discography. But I also think Forever & Ever isn't as terrible as everyone's making it out to be, so my opinion might not mean much lol.
From an objective standpoint (as in, I didn't like any of the 3 albums yet at some point these were my 3 favorite bands) I think Nine is the best because I really like that song No Heart to Speak Of but out of these 3 albums that is the only song I can make it through
Nine is easily my favorite of the albums being discussed, and it isn’t particularly close. Several songs on there I go back to regularly. Those songs being: Black Rain Remember to Forget Me No Heart to Speak Of On Some Emo Shit Hungover You The First Time Darkside There’s only really 2 or 3 songs on the record I’m not crazy about.
Yeah, Nine is far and away the best thing being discussed here, it's a really good album and the other two are not
I genuinely really like Father of All, the songs are so catchy and the experimenting works for me for the most part
New single is definitely one of the best songs on the album. I love how it's buried at track 13, too.
I’ve gotten to where I can appreciate the catchiness of the album in places but....that’s me absolutely ignoring the lyrics and trying my very best to enjoy it as a huge fan of the band.
Really came around on the album but definitely one of the worst songs. In context with the video it's a really fun one though
