Really? I don't think I would agree with that at all. I would say it would have been a pretty smooth transition from Catalyst and isn't much of departure from that (although I probably like it better as a whole). That's why it's so wild to a lot of people that Coming Home was released in between the two.
I think I'd rank NWAF in the top half of their discography, above Catalyst. Catalyst has higher highs, though.
NWAF and Radiosurgery are two albums I'd be totally fine never hearing again. The top 3 or 4 songs on Resurrection are fantastic so that gets to stick around
But for real did anyone get a rip of the whole set? I ended up getting a little over half of it before it went down. I had banked on it getting uploaded quicker than it did.
The new songs that I heard were.... not great. But girlfriend who has seen them now 4 times because of me said he sounded tin-y.
Had to have been better than that show they posted on YouTube a little while back from the Makes Me Sick tour...audio from that barely was better than a phone recording.
YES. I love Radiosurgery. It's so fun and every song is catchy. I don't skip over a single song on that album, and most of their albums have a song or two I skip.
Catalyst would have made an awesome EP, but yeah that album ranks in the lower half of their discography for sure. Honestly, the only NFG albums I regularly listen to are Self Titled (when I’m feeling nostalgic) and NWAF (when I want some Bangin NFG jamz.)
