Holy shit that’s catchy. I haven’t really listened to NFG post coming home(Except party on apocalypse. The catchiest song I’ve heard in my life) . Guess I need to change that.
I know Ryan Key is moving on from Yellowcard, which I totally respect/understand, but damn, it’d be rad if NFG threw in one or two full-band Yellowcard songs into their set
Same set tonight in Orlando with a couple substitutions near the end. The wheel landed on Black and Blue but the guy who spun it wanted Truth of My Youth so that was played. Coming Home instead of Hold My Hand Forget My Name instead of Sonny
^They didn't play your second comment there, though I wish they did. Great show tonight, still one of the best live bands out there. The big sold out crowd was really into it especially considering this is the 5th time they've played Orlando in the last year. Not sure if it was the billing or what but before 20th anniversary tour the crowds seemed to get smaller each time they came around (then again they always are playing Florida) but the place was packed and even the "new" songs got a great reception. I'm just glad Makes Me Sick is finally getting the tour it deserves. And agree with the full band Yellowcard song. Would make a good song in the encore block.
You’re right. Whoops. And yeah, the show was awesome. This was my 7th time seeing them and I’ll never stop going because they never disappoint. And I’m really excited for FTSTYS III. I’m not a huge Bayside fan but I thought they were okay. The Movielife killed it and I wish they had more stage time. Makes me really want a new DTR Invasion tour. And Ryan’s solo stuff was pretty good. He played the whole new EP (5 songs) and Ocean Avenue, which the crowd went nuts over.
I forgot how to do the spoiler thing on here so I just did this instead. Bayside Setlist at House of Blues, Lake Buena Vista
Only one song from Vacancy? That's a bit disappointing/ I really wish they'd move on from some of the S/T stuff at this point. They have so much other material and it's still occupying over 1/3 of their set. Keep Devotion and Desire and then alternate one of Montauk, BIOBL, or something that they don't usually play for the album
Yeah, pretty standard Bayside set but I am surprised they played Stutteringand It's not a bad little war. Shocked they didn't play Mary.
Based on their entrance and exit music and the cover in the set I would put money on this being part of the track listing for the new cover album: Your Love (Outfield), Eye of the Tiger (Survivor), and Maneater (Hall & Oates). Seeing some friends who are more casual fans that were also at show last night posting about it on FB. Everyone seems to agree how solid of a show it was. Chad said it on IG and it felt true- this was the craziest crowd they've played to yet that I've seen in all the Orlando shows I went to. Glad that most of the crowd seemed to know the Makes Me Sick tunes.
I want to complain about that bayside set but 3 killing time songs is a pleasant surprise, and Stuttering is such a treat.
This is all the songs and I’m like 75% sure it’s the correct order. Walking on glass Face or kneecaps Ski mask Hey Mercy is asleep at the wheel Hand grenade Pour two glasses Jamestown
Pretty much what I expected and I'm fine with. Except I would swap Two Glasses with anything else lol Lake Superior would be awesome
