    The Simple Plan tour was before he knew he had cancer. The posters speculation could still be correct timeline wise.

    Right, but current poster said "I don't think they'd want (future tense) to deal with the rules", not that they DIDNT at the time, which I can see Chad being a possibility... I just find it hard to believe he would be the one not wanting to comply going forward is all I meant.
