ughhhh i've already seen Sticks and Stones throughout....but that and catalyst are the only shows available. And I dont need full catalyst. Stones/Self-titled is boss...but i also kinda wanted Coming Home :/ good job NFG for putting out a tour every yea that sells this fucking well!!!
Yeah I was gonna hit up that date since I live in Perry Hall/White Marsh, but I opted to go to Philly for night two instead so I could see them play NWAF.
They were asking people to come be in their new music video. I'd expect a new song sooner rather than later
I have a really bad feeling that this will be their final album. Why release a new album in the middle of a 20th anniversary tour?
If anyone needs 2 tickets to the NYC show on April 1st - let me know. I can't make it anymore unfortunately
It's a smart thing imo All these shows are selling out and presumably there will be people coming to the shows that haven't listened to the band in quite a long time. Fans are going to have a great time and you know the band is going to mention the album throughout the show. It's going to get more people to stream it/buy it when it drops.
I'm not surprised they're releasing it around the tour. Didn't they even mention that a download of the album would come with every ticket purchased? I thought I remember hearing that when this was first announced.
That's true ^ forgot about that. Also I'm assuming this means we'll get at least one new song every night. I was figuring they'd try and throw Resurrection songs in as well and whatever hit they aren't playing that night.
Assuming people even stay for the encore or even both albums. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people leave after Catalyst before Coming Home.
I would imagine they play the more popular album last every night. Similar to Alkaline Trio playing the newer album first and then older every night and encoring with one song each night
Depending on the order, people will either show up early or late if they only want to hear one album.
I heard the song through the live videos online, the song already sounds like a banger through crappy camera vids.
More dates added: 5/4 - Austin, TX - The Mohawk (Catalyst/Nothing Gold) 5/14 - Orlando, FL - House of Blues (Sticks and Stones/S/T) 5/15 - Atlanta, GA - The Masquerade (Sticks and Stones/Catalyst) 5/17 - Carrboro, NC - Cat's Cradle (Sticks and Stones/Catalyst) 5/18 - Nashville, TN - Exit/Inn (Catalyst/Sticks and Stones) Also, Trash Boat will be opening all tour and Slick Shoes will be playing the 4/22 date.
What is Trash Boat like? Never heard of them. I will actually see them Live on Sunday when they open for The Wonder Years & Tiny Moving Parts here in Belfast. Little bummed they added another Orlando date even though I have tickets to all 3 nights in The Social!

I'm bummed they're doing S/T and Sticks and Stones because I'd love that over any other combination, but the Social shows are gonna be way better since the venue is 1/5 the size of HOB.
