New Documentary on The Refreshments Releases Trailer

Not surprised this thread has zero comments (the trailer even riffs on that), but I remember these guys very well. In the summer before 8th grade, my days were spent watching the video for this song every hour along with Nada Surf's "Popular," Dishwalla's "Counting Blue Cars" and "Freshmen" by The Verve Pipe.

I'm old as fuck.

Yea I don't remember The Refreshments, but i was right there with you on all of the others haha.

 

I thought these guys were going to be a Replacements cover band. Now my mind is trying really hard to find a connection.

 

To this day, this song will randomly get stuck in my head and I'm like "what the hell made me think of The Refreshments?"

 

The whole debut album was pretty fantastic...
