I’m in both camps. I’ll drop for a preorder but am frustrated to wait so long. Being mad seems overkill. But I’ve done it before so here we are again!

 

Okay fine you got me. I’m not “mad” about the album coming out a year later but more so frustrated. Would’ve been fine to just announce a new tour and everyone would’ve been happy.

 

I think it’s completely absurd for people to be mad about a band doing anything they want to do. How entitled do you have to be to complain about why a band did or didn’t announce this or that? Just enjoy the music and be grateful they’re back together

 

Jeez, didn’t mean to strike a cord with so many in here. I guess I’ll do the opposite of what this site is meant for and keep my opinions to myself.

 

People pre-ordered something that they had basically no concrete details about. There's some truly bizarre reactions in here.

 

I’m not an expert, but October seems obvious to me. The record will come out while they’re in Europe, then they’ll do AUS & SA in early 2024, then they can do another small run in the states if they wanted on a deluxe, and then focus on other things until they do it again.

 

And you knew that… there was no release date!

 

Really? This is the internet. Of course people are complaining.

 

As usual, I'll listen to the second single and nothing more until the album drops.

Hopefully it's not a case FOB's MANIA where it feels like the entire album is out beforehand.
