    Variety:

Under the new pricing, effective March 26 for new users and rolling out to current customers depending on their billing cycle, Netflix’s Standard plan (which has no ads and provides streaming on two devices simultaneously) is rising by $2, from $17.99 to $19.99/month. The ad-supported plan is going up a buck, from $7.99 to $8.99/month, and the top-tier Premium plan (no ads, streaming on up to four devices at once, Ultra HD and HDR) is increasing from $24.99 to $26.99/month.

Thankfully, Verizon still offers cheap bundles.

We cancelled our Netflix for the first time since 2013 the other day. I think we'd have cut it a long time ago, but we had so many family members using our login. "Thankfully" Netflix put a stop to that by enforcing single households and none of them are now able to use it.

We've just decided to cut out rolling streaming subscriptions altogether. We'd rather use the money to support our local cinema a few times a month. Might buy a month here or there when there's a few things lined up that we want to watch, but we're done with it for now.

I mean this happens and will continue to happen with every streaming service. I remember when I started YoutubeTV in like 2019 and that was maybe $15. Start cheap, get people hooked, and keep that price hike going.

You get $6.99 credit. I still pay $20 for my family plan on top of the TMobile discount.
