Friends is better

 

shows about cishet white groups of friends? nah, gimme Community, Parks, B99

 

Those are also among my absolute favorite sitcoms, yes. All better than Seinfeld.

 

I saw a lot of Friends for the first time over the past few months as my fiancé watched it and some of it is funny but a lot of it sucked

Ross is awful and so many of the jokes were “wow Monica was so fat”

 

Those are two very valid critiques lol and yet Ross is still hilarious

 

Yeah just didn’t totally do it for me but it’s fine

 

I definitely understand criticism against it too,it was just a huge part of my childhood growing up

 

There are a few sitcoms that challenge Seinfeld but Friends is not one of them

 

I’m with you. I don’t care what the better show is, I like friends way more

 

Also The Good Place, but it feels weird calling that one a sitcom

 

Gimme Seinfeld over Friends any day of the week. Hell, give me a stubbed toe over friends lol.

 

Jerry seinfeld is a creep

 

Schitt’s Creek and The Good Place are the two sitcoms I always recommend.

 

Seinfeld has aged so much better than friends

 

yeah he sucks but the show is still great

one of those is on my tv at least once every couple days.

 

Schitt's Creek is too good. What a perfect cast.

Why? Feels very much like one

 

Friends aged like milk in the sun. Seinfeld is still iconic

 

It feels like so much more, though, don't you think? It's just special

 

And New Girl! That's also a good one
