I mentioned to my co-workers who live in Chicago that I'm watching ER and how even though most of the show takes place on a set, that there's such a sense of place whenever we're outside in Chicago on that show.

Spiderhead. A 5/10 would be generous. It's a solid black mirror episode, executed really mediocrely. Hemsworth seems like the only one giving it his all. Even Teller looks like he's phoning it in here.

Netflix swings and misses again, big shock.

Looking forward to Black Bird. Paul Walter Hauser always kills it.

Also didn't find out until just now Hauser was the Juggalo kid in the IASIP episode "Dee Reynolds: Shaping America's Youth"

Next up in the pipeline of Paramount+'s many "shows based on old Paramount movies" in development. Their Grease show is coming later this year, i'm assuming this is after that, then comes Italian Job, Flashdance, Love Story, and The Parallax View after that.

Hasbro gave the rights to 20th Century. So whatever they eventually do with it is probably going to end up on Hulu.

I was excited for Gore Verbinski's version 10+ years ago and then Ryan Reynolds in the past couple years but it seems to not be much of a priority at this point

There is way too much going on in one Episode of Physical for it to be only an hour long.

Release My Mind, My Garden Grows

I started The Bear last night and loved it. Was worried about it being the dude from Shameless but that subsided quickly once it got going. They do a great job of making you feel the intense stress in that kitchen. Shout out to whoever put together the soundtrack for this too.

oh no, not the actor specifically. He actually is killing his role so far. I just don't like Shameless at all so was thinking it might be a similar type of comedy but luckily its much much different!
