The irony is that if everyone followed this rule, nothing would ever be renewed for a second season.

 

I remember liking that 2003 League of Extraordinary Gentlemen movie when it came out, but I was also about 12 years old. Haven't seen it since.

 

I think about that method a lot in regards to Netflix specifically. The chances of Netflix giving a series a second season is so slim that you just stop watching any Netflix series until it gets renewed but if nobody watches then it doesn’t get renewed and round and round and round

I saw somewhere that it was taking place at a wedding, so guessing they're attending a friends wedding together (or their own possibly) and another crime occurs.

Just opened Netflix to find that there is a Love on the Spectrum U.S. that just dropped. I will be binging this in the immediate future!

 

Very much enjoyed Outer Range. That it was slow didn't bother me at all. The atmosphere had me hooked. Fingers crossed for a season two though cause we didnt get a lot of answers.

Funny thing is that my strongest memory from this season will probably be Will Patton saying "there's more than money at play here, TOOTS!"

 

It's got it's own thread that hasn't been updated in a while, and no mention of it in here in a while, so is nobody watching the new season of Barry?? I just started it last night and only watched 2 episodes but it retains everything that was great about seasons 1/2 so I'm enjoying it. I also still think it's interesting that they do 30 minute episodes. I can't think of another drama show off the top of my head that don't do at least 45 mins +. Maybe because they're worried about having to do 8 hours in a season instead of 4 would rush the story? Either way, each episode is pretty much a perfect half hour of black comedy. I am not sure if he directs all of them, but the first 2 are directed by Bill Hader and have some nice flourishes.

 

I’m so far behind on “Barry”. Can’t wait to catch up on it.

 

“Chip n Dale” is a lot of fun. Not a laugh a minute like most of the Lonely Island stuff, but has some great laugh out loud moments. Can’t believe how much non-Disney IP they have in there.

Yeah the 1st-2nd episode of Love on the Sprectrum US is heartwarming

 

idk why but i've only watched the first 2 episodes of new barry season and it's doing nothing for me :(
