Yeah Rooster by Alice in Chains playing over scene where an Uber driver gets brutally murdered was just bizarre.

 

I just remembered the Chip n Dale Rescue Rangers movie comes out in 5 days. Haha I hope it’s good. It looks like it could go either way.

 

Senior Year was fun for half it's run time. Wayyyyy too long. Rebel is so great in these types of roles.

 

The “Crazy” scene was incredible

 

Ended up binging the entirety of The Staircase docuseries this weekend. I'd always heard of it but had never seen it. So fascinating.

I finally got around to it because I'd heard the adaptation on HBO Max was very compelling, so I'll be checking that out next.

 

Did the same thing a week or two ago. The doc ruled. The adaptation is also extremely good. Highly recommend both.

Watchmen limited series, Joker movie loosely based on Killing Joke, and now this. I think we're in the middle of second wave of everything Alan Moore wrote getting adaptations. Betting we get a From Hell reboot series next, and the another VfV after that.

last year was Alan's first film that he worked on himself as well

 

So glad that and grand crew got renewed.

 

My new rule is that I'm not watching a new network show until it's renewed for a second season so I'm glad I can check those two out, they both interested me a lot. How's American Auto?
