Yeah, I knew Disney was in talks to buy Comcast out of its stake. Pretty lame. But I mean, Comcast sucks too so it's hard to defend either lol.

On the plus side, Hulu may finally go international now.

 

But NBCU can terminate most of its content licensing agreements with Hulu in three years

Welp, goodbye to Community and B99 >_>. Looks like Always Sunny may end up being the only show I watch on there, so we'll see if I even want to keep my subscription in 3 years

 

But anyways, why aren't more people talking about Dead to Me? Oh man it's such a good show, I watched through 9/10 episodes last night. Might be my favorite Netflix original that is currently airing

Can't wait for it to get cancelled on a cliffhanger in season 3 like every other show lol.

 

After watching dead to me, the one thing k was thinking about was.. Danny Marsden has had such an interesting run in hollywood. Hes in soooo many things and has had such longevity (in legit stuff too), and yet 95% dont know his name and hes never ever brought up in any convo of 'legit actors'.

The guy from disturbing behavior and gossip has had a longer better career than Josh hartnett. Yet... everyone remembers hartnett.

 

Seeing as how you didn't remember James Marsden's name either, he must not be that legit!

 

Also Christina Applegate listening to heavy music in the car as therapy is amazing and something I never knew I wanted to see.

 

I was dying with Linda Cardenelli's facial expressions when they got in the car lmao. So unexpected from a 47 year old mom.

Man, I really loved the cameo from Steve Howey, I wish he was a regular character. Dude always cracks me up. Jen complimenting his body and him replying "Thanks. I wasn't strong enough to save my wife" was so funny and dark

 

Without looking him up, I can only picture Marsden in 30 Rock and Westworld. But I've probably seen him in 100 other things.

haha actually...exactly! I always thought his name was Danny Masterson (but that's a completely different actor). Kinda proving that the guy who's been in so much, just kinda falls through the cracks of hollywood.

And yet, other than his early days as a b-teen movie heart throb, he was in Enchanted, Westworld, X-Men, the Box, 27 dresses, and i guess the upcoming Sonic movie?

He's not someone you ever really see on talk shows as the A guest...he's never going to host SNL...but he's not a complete role player actor either. He's not like, actor #7 in these movies. He's been usually THE guy in most of this stuff.

 

I think this will be my next watch after I finally finish the second season of Ozark.

 

Dead to Me is on my list but I'm going through Mad Men for the first time right now.

I have a bad habit of adding 100 things to my list and then going back and watching parks and rec.

 

Definitely do! Other than Russian Doll, I haven't been this into a new series since the first season of Ozark

 

I can definitely identify with that last sentence there lmao. Either Parks, Sunny or B99.

I don't blame you for watching Mad Men first, it's an excellent show. That and Breaking Bad are on my rewatch list for some day
