Had no idea. That was my guess for the entire show without having any clue about the book/movie.

Does Rusty cover for the murder in the movie like he does in the show?

no. the wife leaves evidence at the scene to let him know that she did it (in the movie he doesn’t realize this until she tells him) and he basically keeps silent about it so the wife isn’t taken away from the kids but he doesn’t actively help cover up the crime scene like here

Cobra Kai had a lot of charm and was a nice breath of fresh air those first 2 seasons. Crazy how there’s no talk of it now

The vibe and style of Cobra Kai now is exactly the same as the first seasons of the show; not sure how people are turned off by it now, yet weren't at the beginning.

The first season was interesting and fun because it gave us the “bad guy’s” perspective and outcome from the events of the karate kid, and it did so with care and love of the films. Now it’s just gotten stale and the plot is out of control with massive karate fight wars taking over schools or public pools or whatever

Yeah it’s just lost all its charm and appeal. The just had a karate fight at a frat party on the last episode I watched. Cmon now.

The more I think about the final twist of Presumed Innocent, the more I don’t like it.

Also the conversation between Carolyn and the daughter at her house /] seemed so unrealistic

  22. Yeah would have been better had it just stuck to the book/movie ending or jake G had done it all

I kind of saw that coming but also I really like how it ended tbh I would’ve gone for the son if one of the kids did it but I think they led us down that path to blind side us with the daughter but when they opened the episode with the flashback of the daughter talking about dissociating I pretty much clocked it I think that makes it stupid obvious tbh and I hate when whodonit shows do that and point to the answer in an obvious way in recaps. i do think we probably didn’t need to see the daughter at Carolyn’s committing the murder and yeah that scene just felt so canned lol should’ve just let us imagine how that convo went, just show Carolyn answering her at the door at leave it at that imo. I did think it was effective how rusty started accusing Barbara and was so sure she did it and I really thought for a second she was dissociating and really did it because that actress is fucking incredible. overall I give the season a solid 8 and I’m excited to see what they do with a season 2 and a new case. Also why is delay guardia so fucking creepy and unsettling
