Question. Why do they have 11 seeds in the first 4? So that people might actually care to watch, since the 16s are playing for the right to be trounced?
I feel like Notre dame is playing down to princeton right now. Princetons playing like shit and only down 9
If I'm not mistaken it's because the 4 16 seed play in teams are the 4 lowest seeded automatic bid teams aka teams from traditionally weak conferences that won their conference tournaments, and the 11 seed play in teams are the 4 lowest seeded at large bids. Just the way the committee decided to build the bracket.
Unless you have Virginia going far though I'm sure most people(if not all) picked Virginia in that one.
Yeah, gotta think ahead. I have Florida and Florida State this round. One guy (known for bold banter) took Arizona and Duke from the start. If Princeton and UNCW pull these two upsets off, 3/4 of the group goes down.
The crowd has totally shifted towards Princeton. My friend is there and has ND going to final four. He's in panic mode haha
