I think Miami OH got the best possible outcome this year honestly with that play-in game. They got to have a huge celebration on national tv, look awesome, show the world they belonged, and get a big time win. The blowout loss to Tennessee borderline doesn't matter.

Now if they skipped the play-in game and got blown out like this, the narrative would be a lot different.
