Yeah he did not have a great end of the season offensively and I definitely think he would benefit from more time.
can someone explain ACC scheduling to me? Why would you play a team twice and then another team 0 times?
Its weird. They went from 20 to 18 games. They should do away with the variable partner (2 games) so you can play everyone in the conference. Its like the first time in over 100 years that NC state wont play at Carolina.
Hey y’all chill out, haha. Not running for office according to his announcement vid, thankfully, though I can’t imagine whoever takes Tubbs spot will be much better, and him as governor is terrifying. anyway, I hope Steven works out. A lot of people with access to the program said he had a lot to do with our recent success. Hope that was true.
$32 to see duke-Arkansas, northwestern-Oklahoma state on thanksgiving at the united center. Yes please ill take that 10/10 times
Man Auburn got absolutely annihilated by Michigan. I think they are really good but we got exposed. Would be REALLY nice to bounce back against St. Johns but I don't have a lot of confidence there either. Then we get to play NC State, Arizona and Purdue. There won't be any question on if we were tested before SEC play considering playing those teams along with Houston earlier this season. I do think that CBB has figured something out that CFB hasn't yet, that the pre-conference games against tough competition never really hurts, but it can help. There have been so many good games so far this season.
Agree on the pre-conference games, especially at these tournaments. The ISU/St Johns game felt like a Sweet 16 game in November. The ISU-Syr game not so much, more like a 1 vs 16 lol ISU at Purdue next week is going to be fun too. Hopefully Lipsey is back by then
