By no means an excuse but BYU is the exact kind of team that seems to give us trouble in the tournament. I wasn't surprised we lost. Still should have won though.

 

They returned to form a little today. Got the guards playing well, and looked great on defense. Pretty bad offensive game from Broome though. Can’t have that against Michigan’s bigs. I feel better about our chances than I did before the Creighton game, especially since it’s in ATL and it’ll be a huge home court advantage.

 

I’m not really sure how you can call foul on a defender when an offensive rebounder jumps over everybody from behind but doesn’t have anywhere to land….

I love how they can’t stop talking about UConn like their some huge underdog that didn’t win back to back championships and weren’t ranked top 3 in the preseason.

 

Tied despite 4 for 18 on threes is a good sign hopefully. Cleaned up the fouls is the biggest deal
