These offensive foul calls on Duke and UNC are odd. The zebras will have some explaining to do to their bosses for sure. They are inserting themselves on plays that don't need whistles.

I'll say this, not many teams can overcome that paint scoring differential in the first half to make it a game, let alone be leading down the stretch.

I wanted to call you on that, but I held off. I figured it was more frustration in the moment. I didn't take that comment seriously.

 

This is how good tournament runs happen. People can say what they wish about conference tournaments, but they are great opportunities to play some games and build momentum heading into the big tournament. UNC is just a really weird team. Not quite sure what is, but I am not completely sold on them. Talented but flawed I suppose. Giving up 50 in the second half is a problem. I still really like that Villanova team a lot, but repeating is so damn hard.

 

Pretty awesome night for college hoops. You go from SH-Nova to Duke-UNC to ND-FSU to UCLA-Zona. Plus, a bunch of other good games mixed in. Great night for sports.

 

What a comeback by duke. That was a sweet 2nd half. If they win the acc tourney I see them making a deep run in the NCAA tourney!
