I don't even understand what his goal is, it seems pretty bad for players. I don't see what they would have to gain from this. NCAA isn't going to be like "wow, we've been exposed! Let's be fair and pay the players immediately!".
I think players are allowed to hire agents during the draft process now and can return as long as they cut ties before the deadline, if I understand this correctly.

yeah and thats after he bailed on Arizona because of the rumored scandal. He never bought into Jay's system. He wasn't interested in playing any defense. I wish him well but like I said, I'm not that surprised Nova definitely needs a PG now though.
