sucks how shitty the Big East is this year Nova basically has no chance to get anymore "signature" wins outside of the Marquette rematch
Using my day off to watch some tape and clear out the DVR. First up, some Tech games to focus on Jarrett Culver. Gonna try to do some De’Andre Hunter, Brandon Clarke, and Ja Morant. Edit: Ok! Some Culver thoughts: Baylor played zone so the offensive output was a little stunted. Didn’t get to see Culver offer much shot diversity. He hit a nice pull up 3 and had an overall good game from outside the arc, including two from behind the nba line. As with most prospects, his outside shooting will be the swing skill. Some nice BB IQ moments. He does a real good job of hitting it ahead to shooters. One play in particular in transition he looked right and had two guys steaking and then quickly scanned left and saw a shooter and made the quick decision to pass ahead to the shooter. He knew who was on the court. Defensively, he can move well laterally and stay in front of guys but isn’t a lock down defender by any means. He also took some plays off when he was on the weak side. Overall, there is a lot to like, especially if the shooting is there. Skinny frame that I think can be built up.
tickets for the duke unc game tomorrow are going for super bowl prices on secondary ticket markets. thats fucking insane for a college regular season game
Damn I hope Zion is ok. I'm happy with any win against Duke but it'll feel so cheapened. Zion is so fun to watch. I can look past my hatred for Duke to root for him.
