Same. It relieves me after seeing them jump us last week. KU is looking dominant but playing shitty teams except for Kentucky. Will be interesting to see when they play other good teams.

This Wisconsin/Virginia game is one of the lowest scoring games I’ve ever seen.

 

badgers aren’t even gonna make the NIT this year. fire gard. worst the team has been since 01-02. gard can’t recruit anywhere near bo’s ever and we’re losing instate kids to fucking marquette. it’s embarrassing.

 

i know tony bennett has a very defensive coaching scheme, but 37 points is pretty awful.

 

go figure that the brakes completely fall off the year that bo’s guys are phased out

 

i think if they have a complete collapse this year it is definitely a possibility, but since he was basically bo's hand picked apprentice im not so sure they do.

 

hand-picked apprentices only mean so much. he completely pissed away the potential of the core guys from last year. and he’s recruited so poorly to where he’s been going to do the same to happ. i’m sure they give him a full year, but unless the team turns it around, this will almost assuredly be our worst season in 20 years

 

if gard was killing it in recruiting, i’d be okay with a regression year given the turnover last year. but he isn’t. he’s losing in state talent (something bo NEVER did until his final season) and isn’t making up any progress on other pipeline states.

 

this feels like the most interesting beginning to a college men’s basketball season we’ve had in a while. and the badgers fucking suck. what do i do

This is the first time I’ve watched Michigan St this season. Miles Bridges looks good.

 

He's been a little underwhelming IMO. Not nearly aggressive enough offensively, settling for lots of 3s. But his biggest weakness is his handles and playmaking, creating his own shot. So it might be that more so than his mentality. He will be interesting at the next level. I wouldn't take him in the top 5.

 

Omari Spellman is going to be so, so good
