Yea, bell messed up on a few plays and the overall boxing out by the team sucked but he's their only legit big man so I can't think he wasn't exhausted af. Boucher was definitely missed but they still somehow were 1 point from a national championship game despite playing awful, it was a good season. I think there's secretly a beef between brooks and Dorsey, hopefully that gets resolved but I'm not sure if both are coming back. I'd be surprised if bell stays, one of the three is definitely gone. I hope Boucher gets drafted late or can make a team in the summer league, I think he's actually really underrated but was more of a role player a lot on this team. Maybe the young guys who didn't get a chance this year can more of a look next season. I think Pritchard is gonna be really good once he stops committing stupid fouls and sometimes shrinking in big moments.

I'm glad this unc team is done, hopefully they don't even make the tourney next year

 

I get people don't like the program because they think the academic stuff is something unique to big-time college athletic programs, but what about this specific team makes you hate them? Like, what have these players done to make them specifically so unlikable?

 

Yeah unless you are a UW fan. Because apparently they want UNC to win. What is wrong with those people?!?!

I don't even hate them as a Duke fan. I would imagine peoplehate UNC for reasons people hate other very successful teams with long histories of success. Gotta root for Gonzaga in this one though. Gotta love the first time championship underdog storyline.

 

I don't hate UNC, I would just rather see a new school win it.

 

Even though Gonzaga is good year in year out, I have to root for a mid-major going up against one of the most historically successful programs.

 

I think the fact that they made fake classes and grades for athletes in order to keep them eligible for years and still have yet to take responsibility/be punished for it might have something to do with the UNC hate.

 

If Gonzaga wins I win money, my sister in law has UNC. GO ZAGS

Just saw I win the ESPN Chorus group if UNC wins so that's pretty cool. But I would much rather Gonzaga wins
