It sucks when the closest many artists ever come to you is Toronto and you don't have a passport/enhanced license.
I've been listening to them ever since they were announced to be on the Brand New tour and I gotta say, they're fantastic. "Blankest Year" might be my favorite song at the moment. It's a toe tapper.
Such an underrated and underappreciated band. My sister had their debut album on CD back when it came out in 1996 (when Popular was "popular"), which up until a couple years ago was the only album I was familiar with and would listen to. Then I decided to give the rest of their catalog a listen and I love how they've evolved and matured over the years. Amateur and When I Was Young are two of my favorites.
Extremely underrated band. Matthew Caws is the man, too. Really solid guy. The Weight Is A Gift changed my life.
