It isn't great, yeah. He's very talented but maybe lacks focus.

 

Wale is definitely underrated. The Seinfeld projects (Mixtape, More, and Album About Nothing) are definitely his best work but I really enjoy a lot of songs on Attention Deficit, Ambition, and especially The Gifted as well. His new album from this year is probably his weakest though

 

Attention Deficit and Ambition are great yeah, I liked The Gifted too but not as much as those first two

 

"Rollinem 7's with Andre 3000 was premiered on Beats 1 today, but every page I see that streamed it, the song has been taken down

So fucking excited for this. I don't really like the album art though, although I've never really liked NERD's covers now that I think about it (which is weird because I love Pharrell's aesthetic on most other things)

 

The cover is fine I guess, I like the font and how it was placed

I'm not keen on Pharrell's verses, but I like how fucking weird the beat is.

 

Yeah the beat is awesome, dunno how I feel about most of the vocals.

 

Fun song, not quite AS into it, but definitely starting to show that this album is going to have a very specific vibe

 

I actually dig this a lot haha, I love how weird it is

 

It almost sounds like Devo or something, I love it
