I’m lucky. Some friends put together a trip for me & them to go out to one of their red rocks shows this year. They surprised me with it all as a bachelor party/wedding gift. It was incredible.

Was listening to The Waterfall this morning and really wishing we had some new MMJ to look forward to.

 

Obviously take this with a grain of salt, but apparently Roger Waters was doing an interview on XM Radio and was asked the question if Bo Koster was going to be touring with him this year and his answer was that no, he would not be because MMJ are going to be touring this year in support of a new album.

 

What a tremendous band. They played, what, like 4-5 shows last year and still played every band in the world under the table? 27 minute Dondante + Beatles medley at Red Rocks? Bass bombs leveling Forest Hills? Please come back.

This super unknown podcast ep was a good listen. Sadly, there's no mention of new MMJ tunes though.
