I acknowledge Fashion is probably a better song, but Helena is one of a handful of songs instrumental in my musical development. Honestly I cannot remember what I heard first by MCR. I used to think it was Famous Last Words, but it was actually probably Helena. When I got my iPod video I remember adding two specific videos: I Write Sins Not Tragedies and Helena. So it's just one of those songs for me that I can't objectively critique. Basically just trying to say sorry @Kiana

To be fair, the bridge in Helena is perfection and it's probably my favourite MCR single. It was also the first song I heard by them so if my favourite song is going to lose to aything I'm ok with it being Helena.
Listening to this album right now and the vocals are so god damn perfect. Definitely my favourite vocal performance from my favourite vocalist.

To be fair I've been very honest about the fact that I'm more attached to the first half. I like the second half but I'm definitely not as familiar. Not in the way where when one of those songs come on I'm instantly pulled in. I do need to listen more though, especially because it's been so long.
