Yeah that song is like....kind of the anthesis for why people began listening to MCR in the first place but I still love it.

 

I like some cheese here and there, but Sing is just so beyond cheese. It is like…for a trolls movie.

 

I do not like Sing

 

I loved the Danger Days release so much. Easily the most excited I've ever been to hear an album. I remember how surprising the "Na Na Na" song/video was.

 

Sing is great.

 

Sing is the weakest song on Danger Days, but i have a soft spot for it (and the whole album)

This! It reminds me for some reason of songs like "can't stop the feeling" and "happy" the chorus is too over the top cheesy in a way I don't like.

 

"Sing" is probably my least favourite song on any of their full lengths but I still like it a lot, the bridge is ace.

Sing is definitely in the top 5 songs from that album imo

 

I developed a slight dislike for Sing when I heard it on Kerrang! constantly.

 

Ive probably said it before but Bulletproof Heart is such a jam. One of my favorites from their entire discography.

I was the stereotypical teenage girl demo and danger days came out when I was a broke college student so I didn't buy the album or go to that tour cause I wouldn't afford it. My dad took me to all the shows before that and paid lol so that wasn't an issue before. And yeah I think a lot of people moved on but have now come back with the nostalgia train plus all the new younger fans they've accumulated along the way plus all the fans who've stayed fans the entire time

 

Yeah Sing is worth it just for the "I am not the singer that you wanted but the DANCER" part

I was lukewarm on Danger Days for a long time. I have a friend who, during the earlier COVID days, was part of a virtual drag show that was all MCR songs. Turns out hearing those songs in that context was what I needed to finally get it.

 

I feel like DD wasn't received super well back on AP when it came out right? All I remember is saying that Na Na Na was the catchiest song I'd heard in a long time and I was mocked for that lol

 

I'm not a DD fan but Na Na Na rules they were on the wrong side of history for mocking that take

 

I didn't like Na Na Na when I was 16 or 17 when it came out and I was wrong

 

There were a few of us that loved it, haha.
