My favorite part about Ticketmaster is when I actively want to purchase tickets and give them my money but their garbage site doesn't even load properly.

 

mine is how you can't see where your seats are on the mobile website but you can on desktop

On mobile you can switch from "View List" to "View Map" to see your seat location.

 

FWIW they did slightly notch down the pricing for LA night 2 but still outrageous
