Confetti from a parade. Cityscape extremely similar to the Black Parade video. Idk man screams TBP to me lol
Didn’t realize the tour rumors were for a TBP anniversary..no longer that excited/hopeful this will be anything new music related..lol
alright, rewatched the video. it might be Black Parade-related. something about the image feels modernized in a way that just doesn't look like TBP, but y'all are right that the cityscape and confetti (which upon second glance looks less like paper). just confused by the caption and text in the middle of the image then, because those feel irrelevant to TBP
Gerard did speak of originally suggesting the black parade to be a double album It ended up with 14 songs, 3 bsides and a plethora of demos. They played one of those demos live in 2022. Maybe they're rereleasing it as an extended double album version. Anthony Green reposted with the caption "♥️" and Thursday might be implying new music. They also revamped some of the songs at when we were young (violent, wttbp reprise) and a Reddit rumor earlier this year claimed they were rerecording some songs (although that poster thought it was Revenge) Would be odd to do an entire new album rollout before an album tour
I’ll take a tour with Thursday. Didn’t catch the last one except for WWWY where I couldn’t get anywhere close.
This has nothing to do with MCR but I've had no one to talk about that book with and wanted to ask did you think it was weird how Green Day and Blink's influence (aesthetically with Green Day, self-titled music for Blink) was basically ignored
Might just be a Download Fest headliner announcement. They've been rumoured for a while, and the festival is making its first line-up announcement on Saturday.
Nah it’s not just download. Thursday posted highly specific lyrics “sitting alone in the dark of a stadium”
I’m just gonna go out and say that TBP anniversary tour in 25(?) or 26 would be incredibly disappointing. They’re not gonna be able to top the original run of that show.
