I think if they end the first set with Vampires and start the encore with Give ‘Em Hell it is actually illegal to complain about the setlist

 

My only complaint is that they played Deathwish and Kids the next night instead of the first night, because my wedding was that week and I couldn't do both shows haha.

 

Yeah they played Deathwish the show after mine and I was devastated about it.

 

My show was Three Cheers heavy but no Deathwish. Still sad about it

 

Yeah too many of their older songs, I really only like Three Cheers and the rest of the albums that followed it

 

But there are only two songs on there from before Three Cheers.

 

When did Bury Me in Black and Surrender The Night come out? I've never heard of them.

I'm allowed to be disappointed by a setlist lol it's no big deal, I just thought the second night had better songs

I didn't, I just wish they played newer songs and other songs of theirs that I like more than what we got

 

Bury Me In Black is a Three Cheers b-side and Surrender the Night is from Conventional Weapons

 

I got the three cheers show at the forum and it was amazing. Only complaint was that I got 18 songs and almost every other show got 20, but it’s hard to complain about anything else with this setlist

I was at the final US show and got a demo song I had never heard before. Originally had tix for the 3 Cheers show but had to sell because of a test.

Interesting that you heard of Boy Division and not Surrender The Night. Did you never hear the whole Conventional Weapons album?

 

I really only liked Boy Division and The Light Behind Your Eyes on an initial listen

I'd kill 1000 evil men to see this setlist.

 

I firmly believe there were no bad setlists on that tour.

 

Just remembering now that I got to hear fucking Desert Song live holy shit

 

It’s a real shame they’re apparently gonna do that TBP play through next year because I’d much rather see them celebrate their best album turning 20 instead of playing their third best…

 

I really hope they do another full tour next year and actually fucking come to DC
