It’s a Revenge era lost track, apparently the demos or recorded versions of it are all lost to time. Hopefully this could an indication they might re-record it.
Uploading my video of Fake Your Death right now. I ended up in the section behind the stage but like the closest actual seat to the stage where I couldn't help but see the setlist in the tech area so I knew what songs were coming to record some. Done!
I used to have a shitty sister to sleep demo for sure. If only I could resurrect my hard drives from 2004.
It’s probably a moot point because they got huge anyway, but I do wonder how “Sister to Sleep” actually ending up on the Freddy vs. Jason soundtrack as intended would have changed their career.
In a random turn of events, a drag performer at a Halloween themed drag show I went to last weekend performed over "Sleep" and this is now one of my favorite MCR songs ever. Only took me 16 years
I made a joke towards the beginning of the tour that they’d bust out Sister to Sleep. Didn’t actually think it was going to happen! wonder if they plan on releasing the original (it’s not lost) or re-recording it for some kind of anniversary rerelease, or they just wanted to play it here and there will be a live version like Stay.
That's really cool. The rarest song I got was Cancer, followed by Scarecrow and This How I Disappear. Especially happy I got to see Disappear
Tbh I was really worried when they went on 10 mi it’s late. Thankfully they were ok going past 11pm. They took a bunch of photos and video after the final song too.
Crazy - such a sick run of setlists. Still surprised The End/Dead/Sharpest never got an airing, but blown away by the deep cuts all the same. Anyone else think it’s funny that after the themed evenings at The Forum… on Night #5 they didn’t play a single CW track?!
