Tell me why the FUCK this isn’t the set list every goddamn show coming back from the encore with demo lovers, I’d lose my motherfucking mind
Refreshing YouTube searches like a madman as if someone won’t post videos of Living and Lovers in this thread as soon as they’re up lol
When my sister lived in NJ I’d always paraphrase arrested development and tell her I’d rather be dead in the Midwest than alive in jersey. Not sure that’s still true when the state gets the best boss and mcr shows by a wide margin
Not the best quality but here's my video of Demolition Lovers. So absolutely destroyed by the setlist tonight and can't wait to see what they do for the 2nd night.
Show last night was truly religious, every second of the two and a half year wait was worth it. Hard to imagine a more perfect setlist for a comeback tour. I’m thinking about buying a ticket and going again tonight.
I honestly thought they might never play that again. Now they've played the three songs I want to hear most I just need them to play them over here. I'm gonna have to go to multiple shows somehow.
Wow. I would have quite literally perished had I seen I Never Told You and Demolition Loves in one night.
Hell yeah. My wife and I were waaaay up in some high seats, so I’m loving this new angle on things. :)
I have now seen this band perform 41 different songs throughout this tour (not trying to brag I swear!) They have performed 43 total. Heaven Help Us and Save Yourself are the 2 that they’ve played that I haven’t seen. That’s absolutely nuts. How many bands out there are playing such a spread from their discography on a single tour? Never thought My Chem would be a band that would do setlists like this and I’m so happy.
Still thinking about what a memorable show last night was. Truly all the hits; a nice handful of rarities including all-timers in Demolition Lovers and I Never Told You; a bunch of guest vocalists with Gerard going up for Jet Black New Year, Geoff for This Is The Best Day Ever, and fucking Anthony Green for Understanding In a Car Crash; Gerard’s black bodysuit, thigh high boots, and cape—one of the most thrilling shows I’ve ever seen. They were clearly having so much fun up there and even if we never get another new song, I’m glad they’re doing this tour and sharing this experience with the fans.
