Definitely kind of letdown by the set list but they were awesome and it was just good to see them again.
I did not go to MCR last night, but I did get married, and we had Helena as the final song of the reception and everyone on the dance floor (shockingly) singing and jumping along was incredible, haha.
Yeah getting scarecrow and then sleep after being bummed that it had looked like they shelved that one for a while made up for the sort of lackluster start.
My top 5 but it's really a top 7 because after the first 3 it becomes a little blurry and harder to rank Famous Last Words Bulletproof Heart Save Yourself House of Wolves Na Na Na The Only Hope For Me Is You Summertime Brooklyn night 1 was fantastic. Disappear > Burn Bright > Only Hope absolutely murdered me. I'm almost anxious about what surprises tonight will be. Still hoping tonight will be the day I finally hear Save Yourself live!
Oh that reminds me, in the GA last night I was next to a couple wearing homemade shirts saying "I had gay sex at an MCR show" and they were REALLY well made
8 Three Cheers tracks in the setlist tonight. That means the St. Paul Setlist is gonna be all Danger Days
So insanely jealous. Was the crowd reaction appropriately hype? Hoping it leads to them doing more Three Cheers heavy setlists going forward.
