Wait did a good amount of people here not see The Black Parade?

 

I've never seen them at all. Not sure the last time they played in Oklahoma, it was surely before I was a person with my own money to spend

 

I’ve never seen them post-Three Cheers. Saw them during Bullets and Three Cheers but didn’t see them after as I didn’t really go to many gigs whilst at Uni/College. Would have loved to see them in the subsequent years but never did.

 

not sure why i never saw them during Black Parade, only Three Cheers. I was probably mad that they got "too mainstream" or something, who knows how 16 year olds think

 

i've only seem them twice and both dates were danger days-oriented. wish i could've seen them before that but i grew up in the state that bands don't visit: nevada

edit: checking setlist fm and oh it seems i just missed or was unaware of their shows lol

 

I know this will sound whiny but as that Menzingers tour was just announced, I wanted to see the last time they played in Oklahoma and it looks like it was 2015. And I think 2016 for The Wonder Years

 

I've never ever seen them. Very excited to finally do that.

I think was super used to seeing bands in smaller venues, so I almost just never considered seeing bands in bigger places. But it’s not like they were playing stadiums then, which is basically where I can’t be arsed seeing anyone ha. The main reason I’m not seeing them now. Have never enjoyed huge arena gigs particularly.

 

I saw them for the first (and only) time when I was 15 and they were on the Honda Civic tour opening for blink. Only knew like 2 songs they played. Didn’t see them earlier because I didn’t know them and I was a child haha.

Ugh it really pains me but this is what happened with me too. Young and stupid.

Saw them 15-20 times from 2002-2005 or so, often in front of tiny crowds. Once the Black Parade explosion happened my hobbies had sort of changed and I was checked out. I regret it a lot.

 

I didn't really go to concerts regularly until 2010. MCR came here after Danger Days but I wasn't sure how I'd be able to pull off getting to the venue so I decided I'd just see them the next time they came... Just didn't realize it would take 11 years

 

I only saw them on that last tour opening for Blink, but they blew every other band on the bill out of the water.

I didn't go to shows before 2009 so my first time was the first show before Danger Days show I think. I saw them a lot on that album cycle though.

Last night they were so good. So happy we got Cemetery Drive.

Only time I ever saw them was in 2005 opening up for Green Day, prior to TBP being released obviously. Every other time they came to Cleveland I had other commitments - or was away at college. Specially remember them coming to town right after Bullets was released and I was pissed all my friends went but I couldn't go because I had to work.

 

i saw them once at a Warped Tour pre-TBP, once during TBP, and then once during the DD tour and Gaslight opened for them so it ruled.

 

Lol Gaslight/MCR is kinda a funny bill.

 

I sadly never saw them back in the day. Not really sure why. My first time will be Riot Fest this year. Stoked.

 

I saw them at Warped 2005 (Three Cheers era) and again on the Blink tour for the Danger Days era.

 

2005 Warped Tour was the only time I caught them.

 

I saw them in 2007 with Linkin Park. I was only 9 years old so don't remember too much of it.

 

First time I saw My Chem was in 2007 supporting Muse at Wembley Stadium. As a teen that entire show and line up blew my mind
